With six kids and nine grandchildren, Mike Menegay knows something about mentoring — experience he has drawn on over the course of a long, successful career leading C-Suite and business development teams at cutting-edge and high-profile technology companies.
Today, Menegay is VP of Global Channels at Tufin, a global provider of security policy management solutions. I spoke with Menegay recently about the challenges of helping channel partners develop the sales and technical competencies to deliver complex, high-touch solutions.
Watch this video of our interview for insight on how Menegay puts his mentoring skills to work to help partners “cut through the clutter and see the forest for the trees” when creating paths to market. “No matter how complex it looks, it’s really a simple process of relationships and identification of markets,” he told Channel Marketing Journal.
